We want you to love your Naturecan apparel, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all clothing is unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to qualify for a refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and attach it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
